Richter Entertainment Group adheres to all CDC, CA and County Covid protocols. While we do recommend that you wear a mask if you are not fully vaccinated, you do NOT need proof of vaccination or a negative test to attend events at Ironstone Amphitheatre, as it is an outdoor venue.

As we are all in this together, please stay home if you are not feeling well, but otherwise, we look forward to having you at Ironstone to close out the season!

I dont see anything about parking. My mother and I are both disabled, is there a fair amount of disability parking, not too far from the entrance?

Also, can I bring an empty reusable water bottle, and fill it in the amphitheatre?

Hello, I’ve read a lot of reviews on Yelp from 2018 and older regarding the road to the amphitheater and parking lot problems before and after the show. Many complain about no staff directing traffic and how it took them 1-2 hours to get out of the lot as well as the road to the event being so slow they got to the concert after it started (unfortunately they don’t say how early they left). Is this still an issue in 2019? Is it possible to park in Murphy’s and walk to your amphitheater? Thanks!

I have Celiac and Hashimoto’s disease and my food allergies/intolerance list is very high (no grains, no soy, no dairy, no nightshades). I see you don’t allow food and drink from the outside, however if I eat food that’s been prepared in a contaminated area (cutting board with crumbs, oven that has touched bread, sauce with soy gets on my food) I will become very sick. Regarding Creedence Clearwater 2018: We have seen a concert at Ironstone and it is by far my favorite venue, but we have a major problem. Like a few others I saw on this thread, we assumed that the buffet ticket at $65 a person with another $17 processing fee included the show as well. Ticketmaster just told me your venue is not accepting refunds. In previous replies, you said Ticketmaster would refund or exchange the tix, but that is not the case. Can you please fix this? I do not want to spend $250 for a buffet dinner for 3 people (one is a child and cannot even have wine). Can you please change the refund policy with ticketmaster?

I’d first bought the buffet tickets thinking concert general admission lawn area would be included, but when I looked at the ticket it says no concert admission. $65 per person is a lot for a buffet meal, more than we paid for our GA lawn tickets, so I am wondering what is included in the buffet meal, honestly what makes it worth so much and also, if it is possible to transfer those tickets?

I am a member at the winery but have not been to a concert before. We are registered for the pre-party at the winery. Will there be food there that we can take into the concert tonight for Matchbox Twenty? Also, can we set up our chairs and blanket prior to going into the pre-party?

The pre-party put on by the winery, will have snacks, however we do not think you can take them into the venue. You will have to ask if you can bring your chairs in early. The amphitheatre does not handle that part. You might call the winery in advance.

I have tickets to the Matchbox 20 and Counting Crows concert on Monday July 24th. My tickets are for the lawn general admission section but they have a row number and a seat number on them. Does this mean that there will already be a seat there or do I need to bring my own? How do they have a row and seat number on a lawn?

I just saw the Boston and Joan Jett show. The concert was great, however the experience leading up to it was not. We had purchased our tickets Of of Groupon, which gave us a QR code. When we went to get our tickets scanned, the scanners would not read this type of barcode, and the people told us we had to walk around the entire venue to the other entrance, were the lady scanning our tickets saw our problem and let us in. I would like to come to more shows here in the future, but could this problem be resolved? Many of the others in line had the same experience. Thanks!

I got no reply, and my post was removed. Does your no pets policy also apply to properly certified service dogs? I have friends coming from out of town and we are attending Bad Company this Sunday. We have lawn seats. I need a response, even if you wish to reply to me directly and not by posting it here. I appreciate that this question poses some delicate policy considerations as you have to balance the right to the peaceful enjoyment of your concert guests with the needs and rights of individuals under the Americans with Disabilities Act. I have no intention of making a big deal out of it, I just want an answer one way or the other. Not responding and removing (hiding) the post regarding a question that I am sure many others would have an interest in knowing is not very professional from what is otherwise a well respected organization in this community.

      1. They can request will call pick up:
If you choose will call, you will need to give the friend a note with driver license copied releasing the tickets to that person (name stated in note). The friend shows their ID and we release the tickets.

      2. You can print at home and give them to the friend directly.

If we have reserved seating, are we going to have to wait in a long line with those who have general admission to get in? I bought reserved seating hoping that one of the advantages of the expensive tickets would be not having to wait in a long line to get in or having to arrive super early…and how far away is the parking from the concert area? Lastly, what are the reserved seats like? When we went to a concert at the Berkeley amphitheatre, we had to sit on hard concrete benches that crammed too many people onto one row. There was literally only space for a tiny person per seat.
